The bike was wrecked on 07 Jul 2016. I hit a slick spot on the road and low-sided at 37 MPH. Minor damage... bent handlebar, scraped up brake levers and bar ends, broken Tupperware, and a few minor scrapes on me that have healed up already. My injuries were minor mainly because I jumped off the bike and rolled before it hit the weeds and flipped end-over-end. I didn't want to get tangled up in a tumbling bike. I've ordered the new parts, and it'll be back on the road after I get the 12,000 mile service done.

New tires installed, new hybrid ceramic bearings in rear gears and wheels installed, new taller rear gears installed about halfway through this tankful. The next tank will tell what gains are to be had from the changes made. After the new mileage is established for a couple tankfuls, I'll get the bike emissions tested.
