100% city driving. Mild hypermiling: route optimization for distance and traffic conditions, letting off gas heading toward red lights or lights likely to change to red, turning off engine at known long red lights. Some use of air conditioning during this tank.

100% in city driving, no freeways. Mild hypermiling, had car in shop for a day and mechanic idled it and ran the A/C as they apparently always do.

Using mild hypermiling techniques over the whole tank. (choosing shortest route, keeping a large traffic distance, pulling off of accelerator heading to stopped traffic and traffic lights that are likely to change, driving 45mph or slower, stopping engine at known long traffic signals)
