After getting the oil changed and tires rotated at Triangle Service, we started hearing a rhythmic thumping. Both Nathan and I noticed this). You couldn’t feel anything, but the thumping increased with speed. I thought it might be in the motor/engine but figured I would have the tires rebalanced at Costco first. After they rotated and balanced them the sound is gone. I think one or more might have been out of balance.

Bought filters from NAPA in Maynard. Triangle said it would be $135.00. NAPA was expensive compared to Amazon, consider that next time, especially for the cabin filter. Cabin filter was over 3 years old and should be done every year. It was filthy. I bought 2 more from Amazon and they are in the cabinet above the workbench in the garage

Replaced all 4 spark plugs with Honda (NGK) 12290-5K0-A01 Iridium tipped plugs. Took about 30 minutes with Jeffrey. My 2 old spark plug sockets were too big, so we used a deep well 14 mm (?) socket and the extender magnet.

Atamian Honda Recommend changing spark plugs (should be done at 90k. Bought 4 (honda 12290-5K0-A01) @ $39.63 each Brakes are all at 9 mm. Last time they claimed they only had 10-15k miles left, but this seems normal. They also said the battery was still good. I ordered a new one from Costco anyway

Front brakes 5-10k left on pads Rear brakes 15-20k left on pads (should be a lot more than that as they were replace in the spring) Battery is 5 years old and might need replacement soon

Also had them do a recall for the brake tandem motor. Cooling system - flush and replace coolant. I had them check the rear camera mount and they said the clip was broken and they would have to replace the whole assembly. That would be: $475 (parts and labor). Uh no… They told me that the rear brake pads were completely gone (“metal on metal”) so I paid for a brake job. No explanation why they went from 7 mm to 0 in months, while the front brakes went from 6 to 6 mmm.
