This was the first fill-up after the car was in the shop for a week being diagnosed for drivability issues. Found a defective fuel pump in the gas tank and replaced. The next fill up and calculation should accurately show what MPG can be expected from the car now it has a new fuel pump. I estimate the original fuel pump has been defective for over a year (since 25125 miles)providing less and less power and finally started to completely die. Hopiong to see a noticable increase in MPG with the new pump.
