Reached broken drivers side air door actuator. It started making a loud clicking noise last week when adjusting the hot/cold air mixture and then did it regularly when starting the car. Replaced with Dorman 604-400 from Amazon. It took just under 1 hour to fix start to finish. I went in through the area around the steering column rather than remove the knee airbag. It took some unnatural contorting of my hand to reach but it was doable.
