Introduction
 
Bob Ring, From Maine.
Currently a Chief Engineer for Horizon Lines Shipping Company.

Been spending lots of time calculating the MPG of ships. Thought it was time to look at the efficiency of my car and truck.

Will be doing some long road trips this summer over 200 miles each. Will be logging my miles to see what changes can be done to improve the MPG.

Welcome. Just go to the garage section and you can register your car and log all information pertaining to your gas purchases and mileage. It will keep you updated on mpg per tank plus average mpg. Being an engineer I know you can do it but this just keeps a running record for you.
