08 yaris - F250 diesel
 

Hi all,
I'm new here too. Just picked up an 08 yaris and will be parking my f250 diesel as a daily driver. I need the truck to tow my race trailer and snowmobiles, but with diesel over $4.10 a gallon I figured out I could pay for the Yaris in 10 years on gas savings alone.. On a cost per mile basis the yaris is paid off in less than 5 years...

What are you racing?

SCCA road race a formula continental... 2.0l open wheel formula car.
tube frame single seater, with wings. Looks like a Indy car only smaller and with little power (150 hp). Lots of fun, big "g's" for little money.

You going to the tire wall day tomorrow?

Blackhawk is our home track.. I didn't know the tire day was tomorrow, I had done it in the past... got snowed on if I recall.. should be nice tomorrow.

I'll be there, but not for long, I suspect. Theoretically, I'm supposed to pick up some forks and an engine back toward Chicago.
