Automatically add the 9/10ths of a penny on to the gas price.

I forget about that extra 9/10ths all the time, and I hate having to go home and edit my posts because I forgot to add the 9 on the end of the gas price.

The idea is good but yesterday I filled up twice, one had gas at 4.070 and the other was 3.555 (gotta love new jersey). Just a heads up that it's not always 9/10ths.
