SMS Phone Number down?

Tried to text a fill-up this afternoon and I got a message back saying my carrier tried calling that number and it was rejected 3 times. Tried again a few hours later and got the same message. Is anybody else having problems texting their fill-up info? The number I am using is 503-512-9929.

Yes, sorry about this. We're having trouble with our SMS provider right now and we're discussing it here and here.
