Missing Fuelup
 

Has anyone else lost a fuelup? I had only one fuelup in fuelly for one of my cars and was looking forward to the second. Now that I've added the second one I don't have the first anymore. Therefore I still don't have enough information for a MPG calculation. Very frustrating!

Sorry you're having trouble with the site jmonty. We've never had a complaint about losing a fuel-up before, and I'm sorry you're missing information.

The only time a fuel-up is removed from the system is when a member asks for that fuel-up to be removed by clicking the "Delete The Fuel-Up" button on the "Edit a Fuel-up" page. That's the only way a fuel-up can be removed. We never purge data from system on this end.

I suggest that you investigate further, as I definitely did not delete a fuelup.

I've had the same issue as well.
