Icon is grid

After updating app the icon on iPad is white grid.
Tried deleting app and reinstalling but it is still a white grid.
Any ideas on how to fix?
App works okay just icon on home screen is messed up.
Afraid to update on phone.

This affects the iPad only. We'll issue an update to correct this in January.

Late February and the iPad icon is still not working on my iPad. Any update as to when this will be fixed?
