No Numpad for Odometer entry
I tried e-mailing support weeks ago and never got a response.
I now have a pocket full of sales receipts because I can no longer enter data in GasCubby! One of the first fields is the Odometer reading. When I click that, the numpad disappears. I have tried force-quitting the app, and restarting my phone. No luck. I am running version 2.7.1 of the app on an iPhone 5S with iOS 8.1.3. I am hesitant to delete and reinstall because I don't want to lose all of my data. Help? |
Did you email "support @ fuelly.com" (w/o spaces) because I do not show a message in our Help Desk matching your name or email.
Sorry about that regardless. Please go to Settings -> Adv Settings -> Number Pad Settings -> and ensure Number Pad is turned ON (green). Then try and enter a fillup again. |
It appears the owed apology is mine. I have memory of sending to bugz@gascubby.com per the website's instruction, but can find no proof that I have done so recently.
Your suggestion worked, of course. It begs the question, however: When did it ever get turned OFF? It was NOT by me. (I say that--my memory, given the above, is obviously suspect! :-) ) But no one else uses my phone! Perhaps as part of an update? |
That email address goes to the prior owner of Cubby.
Nothing you did, iOS 8 isn't playing nice with the rotary number entering style the app used to use as default. |
