Engine remaps - any good, if so, who to use in Yorkshire?

Hello all!
I have a car which should return fantastic mpg (70-80!), but just delivers low 60s.....
It is a 2013 1.1 3 cyl diesel, but i owned mid 90s 1.9 diesels that coukd beat it. Would an engine remap unlock the potential currenly locked away in the engine? Not interested in more power, just better mpg. Apologies over messy post, cant delete or move the cursor! webpage has broken so my text has jumbled! It is a 2013 1.1 3 cyl diesel, I owned

Hi there, new cars have lots of fuel saving technology, unfortunately manufactures use these devices to manipulate the MPG tests. My car is also rated at 88 MPG, but I am getting mid 60's to mid 70's MPG at a push.

I used to have a TMC tuning box on my car, gave great power increase and better economy too. It just plugs in, very easy to fit. Give them a go, I've never trust anyone with my car as much as TMC.

Thanks - though the TMC page can't be displayed. I had my best mpg out of old Citroens, I wish I hadn't been tricked by Hyundais especially false MPG figures and stuck with something French....! 94 mpg is my extra urban list figure.....

I have a French diesel, Clio 1.5 DCI, great engine. Did you know the cars ECU recognizes when it's in a lab being tested, and can therefore manipulate the economy tests even further? I can see a legal case in the not so distant future. On the odd occasion, I've had 90 to 96 MPG, but it was only over very short distances, say 30 miles or so. Very hard to keep it up, although if you look at the figures people get in the MPG Marathon in the UK each year, they seem to get 80 to 97 MPG over a 300 mile trip. Beats me!

Try that website again, should be working. The good thing with TMC is that you can try their products for 30 days and if you're not happy, send it back and get all your money back. Not that that will happen. I did 40,000 trouble free miles with mine on my last car. They also have a digital brochure:
