Android app stopped working
My android fuelly app won't let me enter decimals so I am unable to use it to enter fuel ups.
Three keys are not working: under the 7 key under the 9 key right of the 9 key I'm using Android 4.3 on a Samsung S3. Hope you can get this fixed. |
Same issue here. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with Android 4.3. Lost the ability to enter decimal point after update from Android 4.2.

For some reason Samsung decided a decimal point isn't necessary for the numeric keypad on their phones. There's not much we can do from this end about it. If you're experiencing this problem you can visit this page on your phone:
https://m.fuelly.com/disable-numeric-keypad.gas?id=1 That will tell Fuelly Mobile not to use the numeric keypad for entry. You'll have to navigate to the numbers each time, but it's better than a non-functioning numeric keypad. Hope this helps both of you. Any further questions, just let me know. I'll monitor this thread for the next couple of days or you can reach me via Fuelly Mail or the Help Desk. |
Just ran into this after upgrading to 4.3. Bah!

Same problem here... Note 2 4.3 update deleted my decimal. Can we get a toggle in the app to force the regular keyboard?

Take a look at Post #3...
|
Options: Go to your device settings and change to the Swype keyboard. This one will show the decimal, or use the Fuelly SMS feature to post your fuel-ups, or post #3.

It's a little bit of a pain, but I type the numbers in my calculator and then copy and paste them into the app.
