What Electrolyte Are You Using?
I just switched from the Baking soda to the KOH, potassium hydroxide which is also better than the sodium hydroxide dont use that robeic drain cleaner will eat all your aluminum over time.
Post how much KOH your using and how often your changing the water. To fill the cell and half of my bubbler i am using 1/2 to 3/4 gallon at 1 1/2 teaspoon. Baking soda was getting that nasty look inside, KOH has not, baking soda breaks down faster when it gets hot, koh has a much higher boiling point. Let me know your thoughts thanks guys!!! |
Baking Soda best if you dont really care and your just playing around.
To get better systems, usually use NaOH or KOH. KOH is usually agreed to be the best. However, you shouldn't be using aluminum. Stainless Steel is best. Non-magnetic stainless steel. Less iron = less corrosion. It will also last much longer than aluminum ever will. |
Yea I just sarted using KOH, it really only takes like 5 flakes and man it really makes the HHO come to life, as for construction yea all 316 s.s tubes

Hay have y any of you had a great success doing the HHo conversion with a increase in MPG? before haven't seen any grains as over total time driving. Seems to give alittle better around town probally because the car is just wasting fuel and power which can be used as a storage but once on the road not any increase in MPG

Good question...
I use the stuff that comes from the guys that make the hydrogen generator I use. Its called E-water. https://www.drfission.com/ewater.html It works perfect, no buildup but its kind of expensive. Then again I only need one bottle every month or two. What do you think?
