he said 20,000 yen in the first post, which would be just under 200 bucks, I'm guessing the 2500 is a grand total of 22,500 yen for the MPG.

I'm assuming though.

he had in one post 2,500 yen, I think he edited the first post In BLUE to 20,000 yen which is in the ball park of 185.00

It looks like parts, wiring diagrams and assembly are on the site he linked. I assume you need his software still, but looks like information was shared freely.

Was this originally made for a Prius?
