even tho i'm the OP, i must admit that these advance coupons can be beaten in total price...

example: i'm looking to buy spark wires, an air filter, and 2 rad caps...

i'll be glad when march is long gone...

believe it or not, 2 days after my wife's radiator blew...mine did! i really need a break. well, bought a $90 new rad for $55 w/ the help of an advance coupon.

I lucked out when I had to replace the radiator in my '88 Escort a couple years ago. I went on ebay and found one for a starting bid of $ .99, bid on it and was the only bidder, so I got the radiator for $ .99 + about $20. shipping. The radiator seems to be about the same quality as the original and hasn't give any problems.

got an email from advance for a $50 coupon off $100+. :confused:

i THOUGHT this coupon was limited to regular(non-discounted) purchases of $100+, available on a future purchase. it seems that even tho i used a coupon on my recent $100 purchase, i qualified! :thumbup:

Doh! just found out i could have been getting an extra 5% off advance purchases in addition to the retailmenot.com coupons. using my discover card, going thru their site yields extra cash back bonus!
