The E350 has 250k. Doesn't get driven very often, but when it gets out, it tows. Our other cars are at 97k and 63k. Not a lot really. Will probably be the first cars our kids drive. |
My CRX HF has 193K. Starts everytime and doesn't burn any oil. I get the feeling it would run forever.

114K and climbing...

149K on the VX and 93k on the gas guzzling F150 SuperCrew.

Last car was the 88 cressida with 145k when I sold it.
Current car is a 90 cressida with 125k on the body and 175k on the engine. (got it with a blown engine for cheap. got the higher mileage engine for free) Next car/daily driver while the cressida gets rebiult w/ new engine is a 87 S10 pickup with 105k I have the bad habit of buying ****ty not-maintained cars for cheap and blowing the cost of the same car in top condition updating the maintenance so in the end I spend the same as if I bought a good condition car. the S10 I'm getting from a friend who I did all the update-maintenance for before I buy it :-p |
i have/had several GM cars w/ well over 100k miles, original drivetrain. all of them still drove like new. currently, all four of our GM cars are over 100, but less than 150.

Over 460,000 miles. Replaced the stock engine with a more powerful engine at 245,000 miles, but the transmission, clutch, and shocks are all original.

Tepco -
Just reached 150K miles last week. Bought used at 36K miles. This is the first time I've had a car over 120K, so it's new for me. I am shooting for at least 200K, and I'll re-evaluate the car at that time. CarloSW2 |
Our 94 vx has 124K. I replaced the original o2 sensor and timing belt when I bought it at 112K.
Our 92 chevy 1500 W/T (basic chevy pickup) with the 4.3 v6 and 5 spd has orig engine and tranny at 159K. |
Keep them coming, great to hear these high miles cars.

Im looking at a 1989 Civic HB DX with 213K that broke the timing belt, one owner. I think even if the valves got bent a replacement used head is cheap. Hopefully i should get the car on the road for a total cost of $200 which includes the cost of the car. And with the miles I'm seeing here i should get another 100k out of it, if i pick it up. |
