If the cost isn't much different I'd go with the lifetime warranty, but then again I keep my vehicles almost forever.

How does a lifetime warranty on rotors work? When they get warped and you get them turned, then they warp again and you get them turned again, then they're too thin to turn...is that covered?

I'd be pretty skeptical of a warranty on rotors but if it's written clearly and you plan to keep the vehicle for a long time / many miles then it'll be worth it, otherwise go for the cheap ones.

In my experience I have never warped a rotor, or ever needed to turn one on my vehicles. I have worn them down below minimum spec and had them replaced under the lifetime warranty.
