these speakers need to go go go!!!

hey guys the car i have has set of big speakers with a amplifer on it. i'm wanting to get rid of them for several reasons.

1. its just 40-50 lbs of dead weight in the trunk thats just moving around with i drive.
2.the oem speakers in the car work just fine.
3.the car was hit from behind and the trunk isn't flesh with the body, so water can get in and we all know water and electricity don't mix.
4.the speakers and amp is sucking lots of power from the battery and i don't want to buy a new battery any time soon

i have no skills in auto repair or the like. any help would be great.
oh btw they're alpine speakers. dont know the stats on them or what power the amp is.

Ok i got pics the speakers are alpine subwoofers in box and the amp is a 300watt that is attached to the box. they've been connected but i always had the bass off(down to -8)so they're super slightly used. i'm selling both out right $250 to who ever wants them. buyer can choice whichever shipping company but will have to pay for the shipping. money order or certified bank check(not personal check) will be accepeted. shipping will be paid by buyer and will need to be added with the price of the speakers ($250.00 + shipping)

these items are also for sale on craigslist in louisville,ky area type subwoofers. and there a pics in my garage and on craigs. if you live near the louisville,ky or southern indiana area i would be willing to meet someone public to for pick up, no futher then 20 miles from where i live.
