Thanks suspendedhatch for clarifying a few things. Basically the goal is to fine tune the motor and lean at that narrow band for cruising. 2500-3500rpm at light throttle.

My project has come to stop for now due to lack of $$. I need to get a wide band O2 before I can tune it right.

I plan on giving this car to my teenager at the end of this year or next spring. I'm going to place a rev limit and speed limit in the ECU.

Also to note that this can be done to engines other than honda.
