Pix of my WAI, what target temperature?

Hi,
Attached are some pictures of the WAI I installed on my car ( 2001 Jaguar S-Type, 3L V6 AT ). I don't have very many miles with it yet but so far it hasn't caused any negative impacts; lower FE or noticeable power decrease.
I also suspect that the air I am drawing in from the left side exhaust manifold heat shield isn't all that hot. I'll have to test it soon. Thanks to HC for the tip about using a digital meat thermometer.
Depending on how hot it is I'll think about moving the inlet end of the WAI closer to the exhast manifold.
One question I had for the WAI experts here was what is a good temperature to shoot for? I was thinking 120" - 140' F.
Thank you, L&S

180 is a common target temp, although you need to make sure hot weather doesn't push that up too much.
