LOL! I've often googled for Holy Cow pictures, I don't know if I ever got that one (but it definitely shows up now). I have gotten this one:
Another good one:

I still like the racing pirate. I assume that is an R like the acura integra type "R" or something like that.
just my take on it.

You're both right. It's a pirate saying "ARRRR, matey", printed with the ricer R logo (which used to be a valid Acura Integra Type R logo but has been destroyed by ricers). It's supposed to be a sarcastic pun.
I had the idea for it for a long time but never made it happen...then once I did it I was so happy that I started using it everywhere. I won't be changing it. I might throw a cow in my sig, though.

I think the down fall of the ricer was the "GRAPE FRUIT SHOOTER" muffler and that they try to convince people that it sounds like a V8. lol

I can't remember which came first, the enlarged-anus exhaust tip, the overcooked ultra-low profile tires (which, thankfully, are no longer being put on tiny rims), or the rice wing...then bodykits came to town and any chance of redemption disappeared.

notice also that those mufflers (universal fit) never fit right. they are always crooked and usually hang really close to the ground.
I like the wings too. its for down force and better traction. especially in the FRONT WHEEL DRIVE car.
I think the tires died because people didn't realize A: how expensive they really are and B: how rough the ride gets with them.
that being said, there are a few that do it right. lower the car, sway bars, upgraded cam shaft, and ACTUAL better muffler (not just one that sounds funny), carbon fiber parts and light weight wheels. you don't see many and when you do, it is almost impossible to distinguish between the wannabes and the true racers.
or should I say the racers and the ricers
