Gear splitter! It bolts on to the back of the transmission and can act as an overdrive for each gear, with a .78:1 ratio iirc. I was thinking that maybe a 4wd transfer case could bolt up, but that's probably way to much work. Some kind of planetary gear splitter would likely work w/ fabrication, but, you may be able to bolt up a V6 transmission or use the gear ratios if they have taller versions.

Yeah, a xfer case would be too complicated. My truck is just a plain vanilla rwd type. I'll check out the Gear Vendors to see if they have anything. But I'm not getting my hopes up.
