Your MPG records are useless unless you.........

Tells us what % you drove on that tank....everyone is at 50%???... For people researching for a new vehicle looking for gas mileage this drives them crazy and it makes for useless info for anyone but yourself,,,
Please indicate what % you drove city and freeway....

Thanks

I turned mine off.... I do not drive in cities, nor do I drive on Freeways... useless information in my honest opinion.

I didn't have the option with the last car and I have not had a second fill-up yet with this one. I do some city and motorway driving but I also do country roads so what does that go down as?

I hadn't noticed that the ratio tracker wasn't there with the Outback. It was with my past cars.

Under the edit page for the vehicle, there is a toggle to track city/highway or not. If set to yes, a slider bar will appear on the fill up page.

EPA city is stop and go traffic; average speed is 21mph. EPA highway is not what people think of as highway today; most would likely call it country roads. Which leaves what to enter here as guess work.

A consistent way is what one poster here used. Their average speed for the tank, which they compared to the average speeds of the tests. Won't help if you don't have a way to track that average speed.

EPA test details are here, https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/fe_test_schedules.shtml

Perhaps that was toggled off for the Jazz.

I don't remember having to toggle it on for the Sonic or Camry. Thinking the default setting got changed at some point.

It is toggled off for my Jazz so perhaps I did that when I first set it up. I cannot remember. I cannot even remember what I did yesterday!

Well......................

For those researching the VW Jetta 1.4L - equipped with a well-designed transmission/clutch - I would offer my data:

At just under 52,000 miles of 62City use.................

Fuelly shows my little turbo at just under 41MPG in over five years of use.
