which car saves more gas?

I used to average close to 45 mpg in my 94 dx manual in seattle, but i ijust moved to philly. people drive crazy here, with jack rabbit starts and 70+ mph on freeways.

I might sell my car because it doesnt have a/c, and my mom cant drive stick. so i have a choice of getting--

94+ honda accord auto, rated at 23/29 ($1300 - 1800)
94+ acura integra rated at 25/31 ($1300 - 1800)
or a 92-95 civic rated at 29/35 ($1800 - 2500)

For some reason accords and integras cost less than civics here.

i will be driving mostly city, maybe 80% of the time

what im thinking is that the low end torque will make the accord or teg save more gas in the city becasue i dont have to press the gas as hard to get going, and the civic would waste more gas since i have to push the pedal down more.

my civic is getting 23 mpg in the city, and its manual. so would the accord be about the same?

The torque is a thing, but if you keep in mind that a Civic 92-95 weight 2100 to 2200lbs, an Integra 94+ 2550lbs and an Accord 94+ 2850lbs, the civic could be the best choice.

what i was thinking was that if the accord or teg gets maybe 2-3 mpg worse in the city, then i would get that because its a higher class car and has more room than a civic. if its like over 4 mpg difference then i would buy a civic.
