VX (or CX) owners Data collection thread

This thread is an attempt to collect data on the 5th Gen Honda Civic VX or CX transmission and final drive. This was prompted by different users with different results about a given rpm and respective mph in each gear.
If there is a difference among many users, it would suggest that there are more than one transmissions or final drives available in the VX/CX. Thus, it would be handy to have your location, vehicle speed (measured by speedo not GPS), federal or cali emissions system info, tires size at the drive wheels, year, and model.

So, to begin, please form your data like this:

Tires: 165/70 R13

Note that these speedo readings are uncorrected for the different tire size. Probably within margin of error, though.
