VW still giving out the solar panels?

I wonder...I called my local dealers a while back and my region doesn't get any, but I might try in Japan if anyone knows if VW still uses the panels when shipping cars.

Any one snag any, by the way?

Send a message via Yahoo to JanGeo
a friend of a friend says they still get them although I heard they were sending them back now. will see what the story is and let you know. They are not very powerful - maybe 2-3 watts (0.1amps at 18 volts max)

Keeps the batteries from going dead in new cars between manufacture and sale.
