Suggestions please

Recently I put my air dam back on and extended it to an inch ground clearance and bent it so it would push the air to the side rather than create drag. Additionally I put mesh in the openings in my front bumper hoping it would be easier to do a grill block. I was curious whether or not the design of my bumper would be more worthwhile to completely block off the top opening or the bottom to try and help my aerodynamics and make sure the ac condenser and radiator get enough airflow. The average temperature right now is 90. I wanna try and get my +40 mpg through aero mods. I have close up pictures of my front bumper, the grill mesh, and the air dam to help with suggestions.
