Brock's really putting the spurs to the Jetta. Pretty amazing numbers. Of course I say that every week when the stats come out. There are some great numbers being posted by everyone. Just shows what can be accomplished with effort.

Go Team OB!

What is the last day of this cycle? I am just trying to figure out my fills so I can do at least a 3 gallon fill at the end.

Maybe we should add another part to the competition, tallying miles driven per month, teams could be rated best (fewest miles) to worst....though that would be more work for the commish.

We just finished the 4th week so two more weeks to go. That should be Sunday May 20th. You only need 3 gallon per cycle. So if you fill you won't need to fill until the end of the next cycle.

Thats the thing, if I push for 1100 on this tank I won't get another three in. Ok, I might be looking for an excuse to not even try to 1100 on this tank

I guess I'm not understanding. You need to have a 3 gallon fill for this cycle(ending on the 20th). I don't think you have filled yet. So you have a little less than 2 weeks to fill. If you fill with 1 day left in the cycle. Thats all that is required for this cycle(ending on the 20th). Then we begin the next one. You have to the end of that cycle to get another 3 gallon fill. So if you want you can go for 1100 miles as long as you fill before the 20th you'll be fine. Sorry, you have no excuse for not doing it because you're in the competition.

I'm I missing something.
Commish you agree.

Right, but if I fill this weekend I won't get another 3 gallon fill in before next week. Not that it matters for the cycle; I just wanted to have the fill close to the end on the 19th or 20th. I am really just rambling for no reason.

Just filled trying to get gas before it surges higher (still $3.129/gal). 445.5 miles on 6.673 gallons = 66.76 mpg. I started messing with P&G since I just installed an injector kill switch for the last 100 miles of the tank.
