I have a gas gauge estimate. I hit 1/2 tank @ 320 miles = about 67 mpg .

I figured I better fill up before the end of the month, unfortunatly it was $3 a gallon . I went 445.7 miles on 6.885 gallons = 64.73 mpg .
edit: I forgot the 42 day cycle, I guess I didn't need to fill up yet. When does the current cycle end?

Oh ok we are in 2nd place - QUESTION?? Is the % calculated from the NEW EPA combined because the xB combined is 28mpg and I am at 40.72mpg which is more than 3.4% listed in the results table.

The comparison to the EPA figures is a bit of a red herring.

Contest results are based on how much you improve over your own baseline each session.

So if you started the contest with a 90 day average of 100 mpg, and ended it reporting fills totalling 101 mpg at the end of the cycle, you improved 1%.

EPA figures might as well be removed from the discussion for the purposes of the contest.
