Spotted...

A user on another forum spotted this...looks like it started as a Subaru Justy.

Looks like a "Loyale" ("Leone" in the Japanese market) from the late 80's, or an earlier one before they had a model name and were simply called Subaru DL or GL. We had a Turbo GL10 4WD with the same front end back in the mid 80's.

Cool- I wonder how it handles? Stability would have been better if that back wheel was further back- less weight on it vs front end.

He missed his chance to do some really great aero back there though.

interesting... single swing arm...

i would think it could benefit from a longer swing arm... but maybe that kills its turning radius

Not sure what the goal here was. Get it registered at a motorcycle?
He may have reduced his weight. He should have cut down on his rolling resistance with one less tire.
I agree it should have the rear wheel farther back. An aero rear would be nice.
