Some good data on fuel usage for me...

From a Combo of my Jeep Liberty CRD and 150cc Scooter

March 2008: 94.121 gallons $355.64 .......$3.78 per gallon

April 2008 : 106.315 gallons $400.31 ......$3.77 per gallon

Scooter is crashed by a friend (cough)

May 2008 : 151.14 gallons $639.13 ........$4.23 per gallon

Scooter back half way thru June (sighs)

June 2008 : 106.984 gallons $491.07 ........$4.59 per gallon

July 2008 : 110.68 gallons $525.66 ........$4.75 per gallon

August 2008 : 103.233 gallons $430.59 .........$4.18 per gallon

Started really watching useless trips and planning better

September 2008: 60.44 gallons $235.40 .........$3.90 per gallon

I hope this keeps up!

very nice!

we're in a bit of a catch 22 however. these lower fuel prices are likely to stimulate more consumption making prices become inflated again.

But, it probably won't influence most on this and other like sites. It will make most of Americans relax a bit, instead of learning from the past.

I did add the $$$ per gallon to the first post...
