What is the lowest speed you have been able to put it into 5th on flat ground without lugging? 4th?

Without lugging I'd say 30 mph, 1k rpms, just cruising,

4th, 20mph, same rpms.

Shifting is like so:

RPM MPH
2k *shrug*
1.5k 20mph
1.25k 25mph
1.25k 30mph

are those rpms for the moment b4 you shift?

I am confused as to why they would be lower at higher speed.

That's where I shift, yes. It's too hard to bunch up the shifts in the front, by the time I'm in 3rd I'm accelerating so slowly the shifts are evenly spaced.
