probe fe display?

ok kinda trying to bounce some ideas off some of the geniuses here! i seen a crx running a v6 legend fe display thing and they talked about having to do the 2/3 input or whatever for the 4 cylinder motor. anyways i remembered when i was younger a friend had a 1st gen probe(4cyl) and it had the whole mpg display with air temp and all the fun stuff. so what im getting at here is anyone try that on like a vx or anything? i want to go to the junkyard and start to check it out. i think if someone could find a wiring diagram and figure out what all is needed it would probably be a nice little set up. so yeah any thoughts on this?

Clever idea! Even if it doesn't work out it was a neat thought. I have nothing useful technically to contribute, though.
