Man, I'm feeling so left out right now, but walking to the co-op to pick up organic food is plenty fun for a new hobby.
Everyone's been doing so well, for ya'll.

My numbers for today aren't too bad considering the weather. The trip this morning taking the wife to work was 62.8, from there to my work 70.0, from there back to the wife's work in the afternoon was 73.3, and from there back to my mom's(3.4 miles farther than back to my house) was 62.0. When I pulled in the drive just now, I had 604.38 miles on the tank and the Scanguage is saying that I have 1.9 gallons left. There is more than that because my tank is 12.2 gallons and the SG doesn't do 1/10's. Looks like a 650 mile tank.

650 mile tank over 58 MPG for the tank if I did the math right. You didn't happen to do a route that you could post so we could take a look by any chance? If not what your daily commute mileage?

This has been all daily commutes to work, errands, etc. I take my wife to work which is 5.8 miles and from there to my work is 9.3 miles. There was a trip of 37 miles-74 miles round trip- where 2/3 of the trip was highway. All the rest of the miles were on local county roads. There was lots of engine off coasting but I guess I'm just cracked in the head.

Impressive You're not using a bock heater either. Great numbers from a cold start. With all the EOC how long till the engine gets to operational temps? Fanstastic job!

Got some more seat time today. I'm at the border with passport ready to enter Metro country . Commute 25 miles@ 84.7 then to deliver some checks 18 miles @ 64.5 then back home 26.3 miles@ 66.9. Total 69.3 mile@ 70.2 MPG.
I've got to replan my route for the Prius the trip to work has a 10 mile section of interstate where I get in the right lane at 60 but today it was bumber to bumper going between 30-40 MPH which yeilded about 10-12 MPG more. I knew that but old habits die hard. I'll try my alternate route next chance I get where the speed limits agree more with the car. Still learning, trying to put theory into practice

Nice work on the 84.7 segment! Sounds like you had some challenges but still pulled it off. It won't be long and you will be maxing out the display at 99.9 When that happens, you'll need to switch to the metric display and convert back to miles and gallons.
My numbers for today were about average except for the trip to my work from my wife's. I set a new record for that segment at 73.3 mpg. The rest of the numbers were: 65.9 to the wifes work, 62.8 back to her work this afternoon, and 58.6 back to my house. I'm up to 640+ miles on this tank and I plan on refilling tonight if it goes over 650. I only need to find an extra 5 miles and I'll have it. I think I can do that.
EDIT: This mornings' trip to my work was 73.8 mpg.

Larry,
The Prius cannot switch back and forth between US and metric MFD display. You get what you got, depending on which country you bought the car. You can change speedo between MPH and Km/h
