There's no harm in selling your metro for a vx if you need something for highway when you get the EV going,

Anyway though, dan, it seems the more bugs you get worked out, the better things get. If I were you I would be frantically replacing random things just in the case they were a little worn or broken from age,

Time to start a MLM gold-plated PCV valve selling business! (Fit a little turbonator inside it too. And some magnets for good measure).

Aw, I'm not going to change cars. But apparently I'm going to have to be silly with the aero mods if I want to get near (un-aero-modded) VX hwy mileage.

When's his belly pan gonna hit? Did you ever learn anything about vx/hx rims?

I was gonna fill this weekend. It will only be 5 gallons or so but I think I have the filling technique figured out so the numbers will be accurate.

I won't bother with the belly pan until I get the inspection done and I'm not doing the inspection until I figure out if Im moving out of state for a job opportunity so, it wont be for awhile yet.

I don't know what you mean about the vx/hx rims.

I thought you were gonna test your hx rims versus the stock ones?

That would require buying new tires and having them mounted. The tires on there now are bald and one has a huge belt displacement which causes the car to move side to side. I don't think I will be having a second set of tires so I guess the VX rims are going up for sale.
