Yea MPG or miles per gallon kind of needs miles inputted to calculate how many gallons you used. You've only put miles driven on your last fuel up which is incorrect and useless.

It would appear that other than yesterday you have not entered any mileages.

when you say "needs miles" does that mean miles traveled on that tank, or total miles on the car? i have data for that first one, not the second one.

There are two methods of tracking I believe, one where you input the entire mileage of the car, and fuelly works out the difference between each fill, and one where you enter the trip miles, usually a few hundred. Either way, fuelly calculates the miles just driven using the fuel just used.

ok, that info helps. i thought that i could just give the site miles driven, and gallon used, and get an MPG estimate. i didnt figure on needing overall miles, which seems to be the best use method.
