welp, i was hoping for a 60-70 first tank, but if I can get the brakes to stop dragging, good bearings, and leave on time so I don't have to go 65mph on the freeway, I should be there.

In NZ, I'm going to (try) to choose my car for FE - manual transmission, SR20 engine (if going for a big car), or CG13 (twin cam, lots of torque) and try to get a smoother looking car so aero isn't so affected.

I will also do proper aero mods from the start

Just filled up the MZ3. 39.3 mpg. There was alot of idling on this tank when it was new and some driving around town with the AC on.So when i started my grind this week I was in the hole. At 46 miles into the tank I was at 19 mpg. Alot to over come. I did go 88 miles past the low fuel light.

Hey psy-

I like the new ride! How do you like it so far? I've rented a couple and test drove a 2.0 Auto and 2.3 Manual. I liked the handling, interior and FE (and the 5-speed better )...
