EDIT: I think that might be the highest MPG at the highest average speed I've seen so far.
Impressive. How many 100 mpg RT segments have you had with the fireflea?

I guess when you're not sure anymore that's a good thing.

Now that I've completed my high speed tests, I'm back to my usual mileage. Drove 461 miles on 6.0 gal for 76.8mpg. Yoshi reports that the SuperMID should arrive April 30, then I need to figure out how to install and calibrate it.

Basjoos, you can follow my DIY on the super-mid, since I have the same electronics as you.

Good luck with the MID.

basjoos-
Did you have any high speed stability issues with your boat tail or windscreen?

Thanks

Best tank to date 56 mpg

WooHoo!!
I have been pretty subdued because I didn't think I would be able to do to well here but I am getting more confident. I just had a 600 mile tank on my Saturn and made 56 mpg. Those early low mpg fill ups are starting to drop off my 90 day average too. Another one falls off tomorrow. This is fun. I am sure I have plateaued unless I get some more stuff done soon though.

I have been cheating a little bit. I have several vehicles and sometimes when I know the traffic or required route is going to kill me I take one of the other cars. I guess most of us have some secrets.

Top off

Best tank ever:

270.2 / 6.15 = 43.93 MPG

I think I am with usedgeo, not sure how much more I can get with out some more mods, or maybe consistant warm weather.

We will see!!!

Nice job with the saturn!!, I cheat a little to, drive the geo on short trips instead of the sable, short trips really kill the sable mpg.

No stability problems up to 96mph (the fastest I drove it). I didn't want to grossly exceed the 15mph over the speed limit in a 70mph zone.
