Welcome

Welcome to GS.

By the looks of it, the ZX2 has quite the potential for some good fuel economy numbers. Feel free to browse around and especially take a look at the Busted and Confirmed Mods area if you like to tinker.

Also, driving style can really affect your bottom line. If you have a chance, a feedback device like a ScanGauge can show you instantly what MPG your getting under a variety of conditions.

Let us know if you have any questions -- good luck on your journey!

I've been plannin on gettin a scangauge, for other reasons than mpg.. but that would be a perk. I have noticed that the zx2 does get great fuel milage. I've done a few tricks to it already although performance oriented, they have helped a little with saving gas.

Midwestzx2 -

Welcome. You've got a nice drivetrain to work with. It will be fun seeing your MPG go up!

Welcome Midwestzx2! I bet you can't wait until all of that snow is gone up there. It sounds like there is a lot of potential FE in your car.

welcome midewestzx2!

I was born and raised in the midwest (Illinois) and we often visited my grandparents in Bagley, WI. Good to see another midwesterner here.
