Anyhoo, even though I think your question was rhetorical, here are the differences I can see :
- Neither test appears to post the speed the cars were going. If the film speed was the same, then the American/Russian car is going faster.
- The American/Russian test appears to be a specific "partial barrier" test. I am not familiar with that test. What is it called?
- The Chinese/Egyptian test is a head-on with a barrier.
- The Chinese/Egyptian test does not allow commentary.
- The poster of the Chinese/Egyptian video has not posted anything else.
I don't think you can compare the tests without more information.

These tests appear to be the same, and you can see the Chery still fails miserably.
