my quick grill block

(Sorry, I should have probably posted this in the aerodynamic mod section.)

I needed something quick so my hands wouldn't freeze, so this is what I did. I just screwed into the bumper, it doesn't look straight, but even if it were square and straight it would look crooked because the car is tweaked . Compare to what the front looked like before (Bottom image).

Do you think the extra hanging at the bottom will help or hurt aero?

Do you think it would improve the aerodynamics if I trim the bottom that extends below the fog lights? Or could the extension help by directing flow under engine and chassis components that are back behind that area ?

It won't hurt to leave that extra bottom bit. (It's probably academic.)

I like you you cut a notch in the edge of the top block so you wouldn't cover the Chevy badge

I think a big clear plastic bag over the entire front end would have been a better choice to keep all the salt off the hood and engine inners. Just bag the entire front end lights and all!
