MPG Rally May 1, 2010, Lacey, WA

It's just around the corner! The 2010 Alternative Energy Fair in Lacey, WA is holding the third MPG rally. Find more info at this link: http://www.ci.lacey.wa.us/events/upd...y_event_b.html

In years past we've had 6-8 participants. All were very good drivers and a few very nearly doubled the EPA combined for the course!

This year I'm hoping to see an electric vehicle or two, motorcycles, LPG. Come out, drive and learn from others. Heck it's free and you get goodie bags.

I'll see you there!

The link wasn't pasted correctly and is incomplete. Can you try again?

Thanks.

Try this link...http://www.ci.lacey.wa.us/events/upd...y_event_b.html

I'll check to see that it works.

EDIT: It worked for me. Too bad it's about 1000 miles from me...looks like fun!

Thanks for correcting the link.
There is quite alot that goes on at the fair. A pretty good display of electric conversions and usually some electric motorcycles, as well as solar and windmill and everything down to backyard clothesline demonstrations.

The MPG rally is, of course, the most fun. Come and help spread the good word! Driver sign up starts at 0830.

I can't make it, but I was listening to a radio show about it. They have a 91 mile MPG rally, and last year, a guy got over 100mpg, and a guy in a Saturn got 62mpg; 2X the EPA.
