Identical MPG

I filled my car for this month today. I got 26.8mpg. Last month I got 26.8mpg. I'm not sure I ever had a car with identical mpg two months in a row.

I wish my U.S. mpg was the UK mpg number.

I don't think I ever got the same fuel mileage twice from my vehicles since tracking it here. The weather changes here all the time as well, so maybe that's one of the reasons.

My Jetta 1.4L - per Fuelly.com - has calc'd 40.5 since new 63,000 miles ago.,

In statistics that would be the mean.

The (rough) mode - the most often apperaring value -I calc's in the 40's.

The Median - half above and half below of the number of fillips - is between 40.11 / 40.06.

Wow! I have no clue of all those statistics, just what I get putting my fills here. I just found it weird/interesting/something I had identical numbers two fills in a row. I'm looking forward to Aug. 30 to see what this month's number is.

I regret my statistics were dismally unclear (Crown Royal is no good for addressing the mean, the mode and the median...............)

Haha, no, I meant I have no clue what any of those numbers are for mine, not that any of yours are unclear. Although I guess at this moment those are all 26.8 for mine and it will be after my next fill when I probably won't know.
