I ended up using the Rostra electric cruise kit on my `92 Civic VX, have been very happy with it. The car had a vacuum system on it when I bought it, never did work right.

Those Electric cruise units are nice... It's a lot easier to install, program, and just looks way cleaner. Yet it comes at a heftier price tag. Roughly $250 while I got my vacuum unit for $90 shipped from amazon. I was looking at the Electric units since the vacuum units where not recommended for Honda's. I took a chance with the vacuum unit and I'm glad I did.
