Yeah, I don't know why that happens. Matt wrote me a nifty query to pull these stats, but it seems to miss the odd one.
So, ahem: Woo hoo for the Daewoo too!

I didn't know you had a daewoo Z. That car has the same engine in it as the Chevy Aveo right?

Yes it's the 1.6L. its EPA numbers are not as good though. I've just about got all the bugs worked out of it so hopefully I'll start turning in some good numbers.
Looks like you got the madza figured out. I really liked mine, easy to work with.

I guess my last fill-up of 58.259 over 301.2 miles was a new personal best for this car.

Just hit my best tank.
43.93 mpg
With the wet, windy and cold weather that just arrived this might be a high for the Peug for awhile....

Awesome, BeeUU.
I haven't updated this thread since we started the GS FE challenge. Probably should - not everyone's competing...

I guess I need to make an entry here too. My tank last Saturday for my trip to the north side of Chicago and back was a new personal best at 62.95 mpg. This included ~10 miles of stop&crawl with a slight headwind on the way back. There wasn't any wind to speak of on the way up since it was so early in the morning.

My personal best has been a 48 mpg run for the first half-tank I actually tried for MPG. THe next tank was a dismal 45 mpg... Not very good for a tuned-up 95 Vx IMO.
This take is looking very promising, and with the drive down to maryland coming up, I think it should help to finally get this car into the 50s like it should have been before!
