Cool GasSavers Meet?

Hypothetical suggestion, but doable:

I'm assuming something like this is in some people's minds for the future. Might be a cool thing to do some day.

What would be a good central point for everyone to drive to so we could all meet, look at cars, look at mods, test stuff, and do an FE rally?

Who's up for summer 2007?

We just have to map where everyone is and pick the middle. I'm in Red Deer, AB, Canada...probably the highest point in the circle.

I already know the answer. The center of the universe is in Pittsburgh.

1900 miles...as the crow flies! Ummm...okay...nevermind...

Maybe slightly more central USA...please???

Nebraska is starting to look good. Roughly 1300 miles from all directions. lol I'm always thinking way too big for my own good.

KC is a dump though, I vote for somewhere silly in the kansas badlands, we could line up all the cars in front of the grain elevators and get some nice pictures. 100 degrees though...

Good for FE!

Well, no matter what I'm looking at a 1500+ mile trip...I would do it for fun. I like road trips. As long as it was just me and my wife it would be good. I'd have to stop every hour with a kid or two along.

We'd make it in two days as long as we drove for 14 hours a day. I've driven for 12 hours straight without a problem before.

So, if we decide to ever do it, I'm in!

Anything within about 1000 miles I would say is pretty good for me. I, too can drive about 12 straight hours, no problem...Tammara can pick up the last few.

Hey, I did a mess of 12 hour runs to Vancouver and back alone in my early 20s...but, yes, attractive company would have been nice.
