Excellent CleanMPG article on driving technique

Wayne (xcel) at CleanMPG has posted an excellent summary of fuel efficient driving techniques that should be required reading as the first step for anyone interested in better MPG:
Since "Hypermiling" is strictly defined as beating the EPA figures by a certain extent, the article starts out with a detailed review of the EPA city/highway test cycles. Know thy enemy, then squash them.

The second and third parts cover basic and advanced driving techniques. There's a fair amount of hybrid-specific info, but most of the info applies to all vehicles.

Nice work, Wayne!

Highly recommended. Have a read.

Anything you'd add or change?

This is what Wayne presented at Hybridfest. Indeed it is well worth the read.

Yes, it is definitely worth the read. I would also suggest printing it so you can read/study it. At the very least you should bookmark the page.

Excellent article!

I read over most of it, but I think I'll print it out to read it again.

Thanks for the link!
