Yes, it's a KLDE from a Ford Probe with an intake manifold from an '02 626, and KLZE pistons, and exhaust cams. A few people put KFs into MX-3s. They're working on adding sequential injection...
ma4t, I actually took off the passenger's side wiper, and it doesn't inhibit my view, since I'm relatively close to the windshield. On the driver's side, I turned it down a couple of teeth on the cog, so it sits with the yip touching the cowl, whereas, before, it was up about an inch. Also, I bent the arm a little, so it can sit lower in the cowl.

I recently got a fuel map from another guy with a similar engine (KLZE) that he meticulously tuned for power. In my car, the air/ fuel ratio stayed at stoichiometeric except when accelerating. I drove a full tank of gas; 10 gallons, on the freeway at 65-70, and got 25mpg! That's 5mpg less than my other FE tune did driving in rush hour, and climbing tight turns through the hills.
If there's anyone in the Portland area that would like to help me tune this thing (It's really easy, but I need more eyes and hands), I would make it up to you. All you'd have to do is press the arrow keys on the keyboard while I was driving. Basically, I'd hold steady at 65mph, and you'd press the up or down keys to lean/ richen the mix, watching the AFR guage. For some reason, my girlfriend doesn't comprehend it.
